Fee Information

We understand circumstances can change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us as soon as possible. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 2 clear business days’ notice (48 business hours’) will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service fee.

Cancellation fees may be waived or reduced if we are able to fill the appointment with another client.

Additionally, we understand that emergencies arise, and we will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

To assist with avoiding cancellation fees our booking system automatically sends out reminders at 7 business days and again at 3 business days, prior to your scheduled appointment.

Please ensure you keep your details with us current so you receive these reminders.

We accept all cards, cash and direct deposit (If arranged in advance).

All payments are due on the day of service upon arrival. We are unable to provide accounts for our services.

Some of our services are eligible for Medicare rebates with a valid referral.

Third parties include: NDIS, DVA, TAC, WorkCover and other organisations or insurers who agree to fund your appointments. Please contact us to discuss if you have a third party funding your appointment. Where written approval is required this must be provided to Healthy Mind Solutions prior to the appointment or you may be required to fund the appointment privately and then seek reimbursement from the third party.

Some patients may be able to claim travel and accommodation expenses under the The Victorian Patient Transport Assistance Scheme.
